The heat of the cooling water is transferred to the outer wall through the inner wall of the radiating pipe, and is conducted to the radiating belt through the contact point between the outer wall and the radiating belt. If the radiating tube of the car radiator is not well welded to the radiating belt, a large thermal resistance will be produced. The most direct impact is that the temperature of the radiating belt is lower and the efficiency of the radiating belt decreases. Practical experience has proved that the welding quality of the radiating tube and the radiator belt of the car radiator influences 30-40% heat dissipation of the radiator core. Therefore, improving the welding quality of the radiating tube and the radiating belt of the car radiator element is a very important means to improve the heat dissipation capacity of the car radiator. Moreover, this measure is one-way, increasing the welding rate has no effect on the entire system.
